Could we have an faq entry that says which -D option to set to skip tests?

Related to this, there is no way from the command-line that I can find to list which -D options will do funkey things to my build process. So, it would be sweet if I could run...

mvn -help

As well as what it prints now, it would also look at the pom, load in the relevant plugins (not dieing if they could not be resolved - just skip those), and print out a -Dx.y help message for each option that can be set from the command-line that affects these plugins.
