Description

The current MNEMONIC website is static and doesn't support any interaction with user input. The plan is to upgrade the website with new backend and frontend:

1. Migrate MNEMONIC website from Ruby to Python-based framework (FastAPI in consideration).
2. Refactor FrontEnd with ReactJS.
3. Support user session to run Mnemonic JAVA code thru spawned Docker session.
4. Plan to setup a forum for users to share their experiences with developers.
