[MJAR-26] Need the ability to unsign a jar

Description

There are some issues with doubly signed jars. We need a way to unsign those jars.
I have some code in the webstart plugin (not yet committed to svn) that deals with that (patch came from Andrius Šabanas).
But this is also something that once may want to do once and for all.

I will wait for the code to stabilize and will submit it here when we have tested it sufficiently.
