[MINSTALL-119] installAtEnd not installing when used together with tycho

Description

We use the installAtEnd flag in our maven/tycho build to install all the plugins only if everything works together.
This works if only the plugins are build.
If we use this flag in a greater container where features and products are build, too. We see entries like:
[INFO] Installing <plugin>-SNAPSHOT at end
But the corresponding entry at the end of the build is missing:
[INFO] Installing ... to ...
