Minor Description
Current implementation of C API provide no option to handle failure relationships of processors.
Simply adding relationships one-by-one would make it unreasonably complicated in user's perspective. User should be able to add a simple callback, which - in the background - creates a processor and connects that all processors in the given flow with failure relationship.
