Description

If the msi package is built with Visual Studio 2019 (by adding the /2019 switch to win_build_vs.bat), then the resulting binary has a dependency on vcruntime140_1.dll, but this DLL is not included in the package.

This DLL needs to be copied from the VS Redist directory into the package, too.
