    Description

      Background:

      Currently we have two separate license files for the project: LICENSE and msi/LICENSE.txt. The latter is probably an artifact used as the license agreement shown in the WIX installer. It is highly obsolete and not maintained, there were no PR-s changing it since its creation.

      Proposal:

      We should compare the states of LICENSE and msi/LICENSE.txt at the point of creation of the latter, and propagate all additions into the main LICENSE. We should also set up the WIX installer to use the original LICENSE file, and delete msi/LICENSE.txt.
