    Description

      The goal of this story is to implement a C2 protocol C API over CoAP protocol. At the end of this story we should be able to demonstrate the following:

      1. Configure tailfile ecu with input and output parameters.
      2. Start and Stop the tailfile ecu via C2 protocol.
