Description

When using the MiNiFi config change notifiers, it's not currently possible to set the provenance reporting properties.

MINIFI-501 allowed for the SSL context properties to be set in the bootstrap, so it makes sense for the provenance reporting to be set in the same way.

I've created a fork with the changes completed already, so will link this ticket to a pull request.
