MiNiFi should use id fields for uniqueness

    Description

      NiFi uses ids in order to guarantee uniqueness and ensure safe swap file creation (MINIFI-104).

      We should leverage ids in the MiNiFi YAML where NiFi uses them.

      This should be done in a backwards-compatible way.
