Description

Because we shade jars, we must create LICENSE and NOTICE files in the META-INF directory that appropriately reflect:

• The non-ASL and still compliant components in the LICENSE
• The appropriate portions of the NOTICE files of the 3rd party transitive dependencies must be replicated to the NOTICE file of the shaded jar
