Stellar function shutdown hook

    Description

      It would be useful to have a shutdown hook available in Stellar, similar to StellarFunction.initialize.  This would allow a function to perform any necessary cleanup work.  A good example is a function that uses an HttpClient object, which should be closed before a process exits.
