    Description

      Add support for the ARFF file format, made popular mostly by the Weka data mining toolkit, but also supported in a variety of other tools and frameworks.

      Note that Weka's code is GPL licensed so we cannot depend on it directly. We should however be able to make an implementation of the file format ourselves since the spec does not seem overwhelmingly complex; https://waikato.github.io/weka-wiki/arff_stable/
