Description

In `RandomSorter::SortInfo::updateRelativeWeights()`, we do not clear the stale `clients` and `weights` vector if the state is dirty. This would result in an allocator crash due to including removed framework and roles in a sorted result e.g. check failure would occur here (https://github.com/apache/mesos/blob/62f0b6973b2268a3305fd631a914433a933c6757/src/master/allocator/mesos/hierarchical.cpp#L1849).
