Description

The clang-format documentation currently seems to suggest that the LLVM upstream clang-format works for Mesos style. This is not the case and some effort has gone into creating a clang-format adjusted for Mesos style needs.

We should document steps to obtain, compile and install this custom Mesos clang-format and update the existing documentation accordingly.
