Webui does not show agent hostname for unreachable tasks

    Description

      For active and completed tasks, the webui displays the hostname of the agent on which the task is running or was running. For unreachable tasks, we can't easily do this: we don't keep the hostnames around for agents that have been marked unreachable. So at the moment, we instead display the agent ID. It would be nice to avoid this inconsistency.
