[MESOS-6876] Default "Accept" type for LAUNCH_NESTED_CONTAINER_SESSION and ATTACH_CONTAINER_OUTPUT should be streaming type

Description

Right now the default "Accept" type in the HTTP response to LAUNCH_NESTED_CONTAINER_SESSION and ATTACH_CONTAINER_OUTPUT is "application/json". This should be instead "application/json+recordio" or whatever we decide the streaming type should be in MESOS-3601.
