[MESOS-6446] WebUI redirect doesn't work with stats from /metric/snapshot

Description

After Mesos 1.0, the webUI redirect is hidden from the users so you can go to any of the master and the webUI is populated with state.json from the leading master.

This doesn't include stats from /metric/snapshot though as it is not redirected. The user ends up seeing some fields with empty values.
