Description

We should clean up the existing DEFAULT_v1_* macros and bring it under the v1 namespace e.g., v1::DEFAULT_FRAMEWORK_INFO. This is necessary for doing a larger cleanup i.e., we would like to introduce createXXX for the v1 API and would not like to add createV1XXX functions eventually.
