Description

The port mapping isolator may get into segfault if the agent flag `egress_rate_limit_per_container` is specified and `/sys/class/net/eth0/speed` is not readable.

This can be exposed in this test:

PortMappingIsolatorTest.ROOT_NC_SmallEgressLimit
