Description

On Mesos Agents Anonymous modules should not have any dependencies, by design, on any other Mesos components. This implies that Anonymous modules should be initialized before all other Mesos components other than `Firewall`. The dependency on `Firewall` is primarily to enforce any policies to secure endpoints that might be owned by the Anonymous module.
