Major Description
/proc/self/mountinfo provides mount information specific to the calling process. This includes information on optional fields describing mount propagation, e.g., shared/slave mounts.
Initially, add this to linux/fs then perhaps move existing users of MountTable to use the mountinfo, deprecating and removing the mostly (but not entirely) redundant code.
