Description

Currently, release info is managed in multiple places on the website. This ticket is to create and manage a local data file which contains a release number, link to release notes, and an optional blog post so that we can dynamically display (incl adding and removing) releases from the website by editing a single file.

Looks like we can achieve this with Middleman by creating a separate YAML file: http://middlemanapp.com/advanced/local-data/, perhaps /releases.yml?
