[MESOS-10039] Let the default executor connect through a domain socket when available

Description

We should implement code in the default executor that checks for the presence of the `MESOS_DOMAIN_SOCKET` environment variable, and if it is set attempts to use that for communication with the agent as opposed to trying to open a TCP connection.
