Description

Currently, DependencyConvergence does not allow selecting scopes of dependencies that must be analyzed. This limitation does not allow configuring custom validation scenarios.

The proposal is to make scopes configurable. Implementation is done here: https://github.com/apache/maven-enforcer/pull/246
