altDeploymentRepository allows dangerous deploy processes

    Description

      There is no protection in the deploy plugin to stop snapshots from being deployed to release repos and vice versa. The altDeploymentRepository flag simply overrides the output and thus any use of it really throws out the distinctions in the distributionManagement section of Maven. There should be a way to declare an altDeploymentRepository flag to only allow snapshots for vice versa so you can use it but still be in control of what artifacts go where.
