Print GAV information in console output during dependency:resolve-plugins execution

    Description

      There doesn't appear to be a simple way to report full GAV information for all plugins in a given project. ResolvePluginsMojo has all the information at hand, but only elects to print name and version number to the console.

      Would anyone be interested in a patch to update this? I'd be happy to submit one if so (not sure how much out there depends on the output format currently in ResolvePluginsMojo).
