Description

scriptableOutput/scriptableFlag have no effect or the documentation is unclear on how to use them.

mvn org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-dependency-plugin:2.3:analyze

produces the same output as

mvn -DscriptableOutput=true org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-dependency-plugin:2.3:analyze

and

mvn -DscriptableOutput=true -DscriptableFlag=testflag org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-dependency-plugin:2.3:analyze

The same is true with Maven 2.2.1.
