Avoid version numbers in unpacked artifact directory names

      Description

      It might be easier and more convenient to (re-)use the resources, that are unpacked using the unpack or unpack-dependencies goal, with another plugin (e.g. re-package them with the Assembly plugin), if the directory name of the unpacked artifact doesn't include the version number.

      I'd suggest 2 possible solutions:

      1. Those two mojos should respect the stripVersion parameter.
      2. Introduce another parameter like outputDirNameMapping or outputFileNameMapping (this might be applied to the copy* mojos, too).
