annotationProcessorPaths should accept exclusions

    Description

      Similar to MCOMPILER-391, as a user, I should be able to add exclusions to the dependency coordinates in annotationProcessorPaths.

      Rationale: not everyone uses `dependencyManagement`, and would expect to describe the compile-time dependency directly in `annotationProcessorPaths.path`, just like a usual runtime dependency.
