Deprecate RSS feature and disable by default

    Description

      The RSS was always of little use for this report. No other report did a feed. For some reason RSS has fallen out of the used focus. Moreover, it uses Velocity instead of Rome which interferes with the Velocity from Doxia in the classpath.
