Description

In order to solve issue MCHANGES-378, it would be necessary
to first update the GiHubClient to the lastest version as commit https://github.com/eclipse/egit-github/commit/03f87a38a842acf0f2958ef41d5dc34936eff074 allows to set up a proxy.
