Description
Running the changelog reports with a new set of parameters while changelog.xml exists would cause changelog to still use the existing changelog.xml when it should have already expired since the parameters have changed.
Three ways to fix this:
1) Incorporate the running parameters within the xml so the succeeding runs can check if the contents are still valid.
2) Deleting the file after site generation. This way, the xml cache can only be used once each run.
3) Set a timeout to make it expire after a certain period of time.
