Description

I would like to contribute:

• DiscreteDistribution<T>, a discrete distribution on any objects
• DiscreteIntegerDistribution, a discrete distribution on the integers
• DiscreteRealsDistribution, a discrete distribution on the reals

I attach the class and test files
