Description

The current tests for the OLSMultipleRegression class do not include the Wampler1-4 datasets. This patch (which I will attach) includes the Wampler data.

The test passes on my box after I lower the tolerances from 1.0e-8 to 1.0e-6 for the parameter vector on wampler4 (and 1, I think).
