Add option to copy symlink target instead of symlink

    Description

      Since v.2.5.3 symlinks are bundled as symlinks when format ist set to dir.
      I need an option to switch back to the old behavior, so that the target of the symlink ist bundled.

      Maybe via <copySymlinkTarget>true</copySymlinkTarget>.
