Description

given dependency-reduced-pom.xml is not generated in target/ but in the same directory than pom.xml, it gets archived if it has been generated in a previous run: this does not happen when doing a release with maven-release-plugin plugin, given it builds from a clean scm copy, but anything more manual that runs a build multiple times gets this file archived starting with the second run (and it's not good for Reproducible Builds...)
