Description

Based on the comment on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-17490
We need to either:
1. Create a new branch called: asf-site
2. Rename the site directory to content

Since we already separate our website repo with the project repo, I think we don't need to create a new branch.
I will just submit a PR for renaming the site directory.
