Entity Tags in HTTP: http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2616#section-3.11

This is something under discussions at the working group (ISSUE-10: http://www.w3.org/2012/ldp/track/issues/10). And, since RESTeasy comes with support for it, it should be easy to add it to LMF/Marmotta: http://docs.jboss.org/resteasy/docs/1.2.GA/userguide/html/Cache_NoCache_CacheControl.html
