KiWi SPARQL: use Statement.setQueryTimeout instead of complicated executors

    Description

      SQL offers a method to set a query timeout, but in order to work we need to pass this timeout from outside into the KiWiSparqlConnection. This would allow us to remove or simplify the interrupt() based approach
