Replace module.properties with CDI injected implementations of an interface

    Description

      The kiwi-module.properties files used to provide information about a platform module should be replaced by implementations of an interface that are injected via CDI, similar to the logging module configuration. This would make the system easier and more consistent, as well as efficient.
