Fix/update archetypes

    Description

      The Marmotta archetypes are currently out-of-date. They should be fixed with at least the following changes:

      • check web.xml if it is still up-to-date
      • check generated pom.xml file if it is still up-to-date (assembled the correct artifacts)
      • check module html pages if they still work
      • add a default LoggingModule based on BaseLoggingModule
