Description

Even if the official documentation of Tomcat says that Servlet API 3.0 is available in all 7.0.x versions:

I've experimenting problems on 7.0.26 with the mechanism WebJars use:

http://www.webjars.org/documentation#servlet3

We must need to figure out why...
