Minor Description
The way the FileSystemContentReader determines the MIME type currently adds a dependency to Apache Tika, which would otherwise not be required by the project. In addition, it can result in the content service returning a different content type (e.g. application/xhtml+xml and text/html).
Instead, we should simply store a .meta file containing the metadata about the resource.
