Description

The repository check plugin does not work, it does not find the servlet-api on any repository:

Failed to execute goal org.apache.marmotta:repocheck-maven-plugin:3.0.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT:matrix (check) on project plugins-reactor: did not find artifact javax.servlet:servlet-api:jar:2.5 in any of the available repositories -> [Help 1]

I therefore temporarily disabled it in the build file
