[MAPREDUCE-5248] Let NNBenchWithoutMR specify the replication factor for its test

Description

The NNBenchWithoutMR test creates files with a replicationFactorPerFile hard-coded to 1. It'd be nice to be able to specify that on the commandline.

Also, it'd be great if MAPREDUCE-4750 was merged along with this fix.
