    Description

      as stated in http://maven.apache.org/ant-tasks.html "Declaring Repositories":
      "If no remote repositories are specified, the default http://repo1.maven.org/maven2 is used."

      But the actual behavior allways adds central.

      This patch does was is explained in the doc.
