[PATCH] Ant tasks should allow you to specify a custom location for settings.xml

    Description

      On my official build system, I'm not allowed to leave files in ~ (user.home). That means that I need to pass in custom settings directly in my Ant script. The attached patch creates a setter lets you specify the location of a settings.xml file.
