[MANTTASKS-182] deploy task tries to upload things it shouldn't.

Description

When I run the deploy ant task, deploying to a nexus repository via http, the first thing it does is try to upload org/apache/maven/super-pom/2.0/super-pom-2.0.jar . This fails with a 400 error code because the file exists in the repository already.

I posted this problem to maven-users but received no replies.
