[MAILBOX-408] not save mail to sent folder

Description

in version 3.7.0 with mariadb, i send a mail to myself .

i can recv the mail correctly.i check the james_mail table in database. there is a row data with INBOX mailbox.but not has Sent mailbox. 

in version 3.6.x or 3.8.0 ，has data in Sent mailbox.
